We use five varieties of locally grown fresh peppers (jalapeños, serranos, habañeros, red and yellow bell peppers) to build layers of sweet, savory flavor and subtle heat. Lime and cilantro impart even more depth of flavor, adding a chef's touch.
We fill one of our copper pot stills with crushed jalapeño peppers, lime, and non-GMO grain neutral spirit and distill this through a vapor-infusion basket layered with cilantro. We infuse the other four types of peppers separately and then blend each infusion with the jalapeño/lime/cilantro distillate. We then filter before bottling. The light green tint that remains is the result of the pepper infusion.
St. George Green Chile Vodka is remarkably fresh, with a juicy, vegetal quality that makes it both unique and delicious. The nose is rich and earthy.
