The distillery tasting room and bottle shop are ordinarily open Wednesday–Friday 2–6pm, Saturday and Sunday noon–6pm.
Special hours 10/9: Please note that Friday, October 9 is the official release day for St. George California Umeshu and we will not be booking Guided Spirits Flights or Distillery Tours that day. No reservations are required to join us on release day, beut we hope that you'll drop by from 4–7pm and come join us!
We accept walk-ins for tastings and tours when space and staffing allow—however we always recommend making a reservation to guarantee your spot! Tastings and tours may be reserved below.
