Thank you for visiting our website or mobile application on which these Terms and Conditions reside (collectively, the “Site”), which is owned and provided by St. George Spirits, Inc. Your use and access to the Site is governed by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, or if you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or any services offered by the Site.

Your Registration Obligations

You may be required to register with the Site or provide information about yourself (e.g., name, date of birth, email address, and credit card) to access and use certain features of the Site. If you choose to register for the Site, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form. Our Privacy Policy governs registration data and other information about you. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Site.

Member Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details, if any, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Site of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Site. St. George Spirits, Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

Shipping

Shipping rates on the Site are set by the carrier depending on the weight and dimensions of the product being shipped.

Taxes

Prices exclude various jurisdictional taxes (federal, provincial, state, local) on various aspects of the manufacture and sale process. Such taxes will be added to the invoice as a separate charge wherever applicable.

Orders

If you wish to purchase any Products using the Site, you agree to provide your payment information when you submit a request for Products (each, an “Order”). All Orders are subject to acceptance, although you may receive written confirmation via email or your account on the Site that the Order has been transmitted. All Qualifying Purchases must be for your personal use only, or the use of other individuals who are 21+ to whom you may “gift” a Product. By placing an Order, you hereby agree not to resell or distribute such Products for any commercial purposes. Additionally, all Orders are subject to our acceptance or rejection based on Product availability, compliance with these Terms of Service, or any other reason as determined in our sole discretion. For instance, if we have reason to believe that your Order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any Order you place. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Returns & Refunds

St. George Spirits strives to offer excellence in our products and our experiences, so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'd like to make it right. If you are dissatisfied with an experience you purchased, please email events@stgeorgespirits.com with your reservation number, and we will connect with you to talk about a refund or credit status. If you are dissatisfied with the merchandise or wearables that you've purchased, please email shop@stgeorgespirits.com, and we will issue a return label for shipping unworn items back to us for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with a spirit you have purchased, please email shop@stgeorgespirits.com within 10 business days of your order to coordinate the return of any unopened bottles. Per California state law, alcohol returns may only be accepted if the product is spoiled, otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error. All returns, adjustments, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to approval.

Third-Party Services and Websites

The Site may provide links or other access to services, sites, technology, and resources that are provided or otherwise made available by third parties (the “Third-Party Services”). Additionally, you may enable or log in to the Site via various online Third-Party Services, such as social media and social networking services like Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Threads. Your access and use of the Third-Party Services may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, privacy policies, or other agreements with such third-party, and you may be required to authenticate to or create separate accounts to use Third-Party Services on the websites or via the technology Sites of their respective providers. Some Third-Party Services will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to third parties, including through such Third-Party Services, and we will use, store, and disclose such information per our Privacy Policy. You, not St. George Spirits, will be responsible for any costs and charges associated with using any Third-Party Services. St. George Spirits enables these Third-Party Services merely as a convenience and the integration or inclusion of such Third-Party Services does not imply an endorsement or recommendation. Any dealings with third parties while using the Site are between you and the third party. St. George Spirits will not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any Third-Party Services.
