Your Registration Obligations
Member Account, Password, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details, if any, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Site of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Site. St. George Spirits, Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.
Shipping rates on the Site are set by the carrier depending on the weight and dimensions of the product being shipped.
Prices exclude various jurisdictional taxes (federal, provincial, state, local) on various aspects of the manufacture and sale process. Such taxes will be added to the invoice as a separate charge wherever applicable.
If you wish to purchase any Products using the Site, you agree to provide your payment information when you submit a request for Products (each, an “Order”). All Orders are subject to acceptance, although you may receive written confirmation via email or your account on the Site that the Order has been transmitted. All Qualifying Purchases must be for your personal use only, or the use of other individuals who are 21+ to whom you may “gift” a Product. By placing an Order, you hereby agree not to resell or distribute such Products for any commercial purposes. Additionally, all Orders are subject to our acceptance or rejection based on Product availability, compliance with these Terms of Service, or any other reason as determined in our sole discretion. For instance, if we have reason to believe that your Order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any Order you place. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Returns & Refunds
St. George Spirits strives to offer excellence in our products and our experiences, so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'd like to make it right. If you are dissatisfied with an experience you purchased, please email email@example.com with your reservation number, and we will connect with you to talk about a refund or credit status. If you are dissatisfied with the merchandise or wearables that you've purchased, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will issue a return label for shipping unworn items back to us for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with a spirit you have purchased, please email email@example.com to coordinate the return of any unopened bottles. Per California state law, alcohol returns may only be accepted if the product is spoiled, otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error. All returns, adjustments, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to approval.
