Dad Fashioned

1 1/2 oz St. George American Single Malt Whiskey

1/2 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

1 teaspoon rich simple syrup (2:1)

4 dashes cocoa bitters

orange zest

Combine ingredients and stir with ice. Strain over a large cube. Express the orange oil from an orange peel and garnish.
