Oro Highball

1 1/2 oz St. George California Umeshu

1/2 oz Baller American Single Malt Whiskey

3 oz soda water (Fever Tree recommended)

Add all ingredients to a highball glass, add ice, then stir gently to combine. Garnish with lemon peel.
