Spiced Pear Old Fashioned

2 oz whiskey

3/4 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large cube. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
