1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz 1:1 simple syrup
1 egg white
2 oz soda water
Build all ingredients except for soda into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for a full minute without ice. Add the ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass, and top with half of the soda. Once that has settled and you're ready to serve, top it with the remaining soda water and garnish with an orange wheel.
