1/2 bottle (375 ml) red wine
3 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 lemon squeezed
2-3 oz pear or apple juice
Combine all ingredients into a pitcher and stir to mix. Add some ice (optional) or simply pour over ice to serve. Garnish with dehydrated lemons and cinnamon sticks. (Serves 2)
To make a larger batch, use a full bottle of wine and double the remaining ingredients. (Serves 4-6).
