1 1/2 oz dark rum
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup
1/4 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram Liqueur
3 dashes orange bitters
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over pebbled ice. Garnish with dried coconut.
