1 3/4 oz aged agricole rhum
3/4 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Add ingredients to a tin, fill 3/4 full with ice, and shake for seven seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice, then garnish with a cinnamon stick and a grapefruit slice.
