Overachiever

1 1/2 oz St. George Dry Rye Reposado Gin

1 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

3 oz tonic water

Add everything but the tonic water to a tall glass, then stir to combine. Fill with ice cubes, top with the tonic, and give one more quick stir. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
