1 1/4 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka (infused)
3/4 oz Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz orgeat
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin, along with a scoop of crushed ice. Shake for 10 seconds, then dump into a Collins glass. If needed, add more crushed ice, and garnish with a lime wheel and a straw.
To make the infused vodka, add 2 tablespoons of blue pea flowers to a 750 ML bottle of St. George All Purpose Vodka, and let steep for 24 hours. Strain before use.
