Big Easy Affogato

1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur

1 oz fresh-brewed espresso

1 scoop ice cream or gelato

Scoop ice cream or gelato into a teacup or mug, then top with espresso and coffee liqueur. Eat with a spoon!
