Basil Watermelon Smash

1 1/2 oz St. George Terroir Gin

3/4 oz Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie

2 dashes St. George Absinthe Verte

2 oz fresh watermelon juice

1/4 oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a double-rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh basil.
