Valley Gin Tonica

2 oz St. George Valley Gin

4 oz quality tonic (Fevertree recomended)

Fill a large wine glass 3/4 full of ice, add gin, top with tonic, and stir gently to combine. Garnish as you like with a slice of grapefruit or orange, fresh herbs, and/or edible flowers.
