Apple Brandy & Tonic

2 oz St. George California Reserve Apple Brandy

4 oz tonic water

Pour apple brandy into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice, add tonic, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a dehydrated apple or a lemon twist.
