2 oz St. George California Reserve Apple Brandy
3/4 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
