White Negroni

1 1/4 oz St. George Valley Gin

3/4 oz Homebase Bitters #1

3/4 oz Fred Jerbis Bitter 34

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir to combine. Strained over a large ice cube, and garnish with an orange peel
