Umeshu Spritz

2 oz St. George California Umeshu

2 oz soda water

2 oz sparkling wine

Pour all ingredients into a balloon wine glass, add ice, then stir gently to combine. Garnish with fresh stone fruit, figs, grapes, berries, or whatever looks best at the market that day.
