1 oz Hawaiian Sun pineapple orange nectar
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Scrappy's Fire Tincture Bitters
Add gin and both juices to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, add bitters, and garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
