3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz 1:1 simple syrup

soda water to top

Build gin, lemon juice & simple syrup over ice into a shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass, then top up with soda and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.
