Sudden Valley Martini

2 oz St. George Valley Gin

1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, and stir to chill. Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a thin twist of orange peel or an orange-stuffed olive.
