Rolling Moon

1 oz Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin

1/2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka

1/2 oz El Dorado Three-Year Demerara Run

1 tsp Giffard Banane du Bresil

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

3/4 oz kiwi syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake to chill and blend. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, and garnish with a slice of kiwi.
