Red Eye

3/4 oz St. George Valley Gin

3/4 oz Aperol

3/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

Josh named this Last Word/Paper Plane mashup the Red Eye as a nod to the last flight of the night and in honor of his fiancée, who’s a flight attendant.

To make: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a swath of lemon.
