Quiet Hour

2 oz St. George Terroir Gin

1/2 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur

1/4 oz Cointreau

2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cocktail pick of candied ginger.
