1 1/2 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1 oz St. George California Shochu
3/4 oz pineapple gum syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz espresso
1 oz milk
Combine all the ingredients except for the milk into a container. Measure the milk into another. High-pour the cocktail into the milk. Cover and rest the punch overnight in the refrigerator. Strain the punch through cheesecloth until the punch is completely clarified. Stir over ice and serve. (This is a single-build recipe for the milk punch. Duplicate the recipe for a larger batch.)
