Lemon Drop

2 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz 1:1 simple syrup (or more, to taste)

Shake vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker full of ice. Strain and serve into a chilled coupe, then garnish with lemon.
