Recipe: La Scala's, Philadelphia

Jungle Beat

2 oz 100 proof rye whiskey

¾ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

¾ oz pineapple juice

½ oz orgeat

10 dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients except bitters in a cocktail shaker, shake for approximately 10 seconds and double strain into a Collins glass. Fill with ice and top with Angostura. Garnish with a small bunch of mint and a lemon wheel.
