Holy Ghosted

2 oz St. George Valley Gin

1 oz St. George California Citrus Vodka

3/4 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

3 dashes orange bitters, like Regan's

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a zest of lemon, if you like.
