Hedge Maze

1 1/2 oz St. George Terroir Gin

1/2 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth

1/4 oz Green Chartreuse

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish required.
