We love using our Bruto Americano and a local dry white wine to make a California spin on a classic Bicicletta. To make: Place two thin orange wheels along the interior of a Collins glass, then fill with ice. Add Bruto Americano and white wine, and top with club soda. Stir gently to blend ingredients.
