1 1/2 oz St. George Dry Rye Reposado Gin
1/2 oz Clear Creek plum brandy
1/2 oz Choya Umeshu plum wine
1/2 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa aperitivo
1/2 tsp Reisetbauer rowanberry eau de vie
Stir all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
