1 1/2 oz Mommenpop Seville Orange
1/2 oz St. George Valley Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz vanilla syrup (or simple syrup)
egg white or aquafaba
club soda
Shake and strain all ingredients (minus the club soda) and pour over ice into a highball. Express fresh orange peel over the glass and garnish with a twist. Drink made by Natalia Faustino at Little Saint, Healdsburg.
