Basil Martini

1 1/2 oz St. George Botanivore Gin

1 oz blanc vermouth

1/2 oz Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice, stir until well chilled, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
