Vodka with a Twist

While our All Purpose Vodka makes a fine Martini, sometimes we just want to sip it straight. Stirring it over ice helps its aromatics emerge more fully, while the lemon twist brings out its floral nose and fresh flavor. To mix, add vodka to a glass 3/4 full of ice. Stir for about 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe. Express the twist over the drink before adding it to the rim of the glass.
