Alameda with a View

3/4 oz Bruto Americano

1 oz strawberry-infused dry vermouth

1 oz lime juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

soda water to top

Fill a shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients except the soda water. Shake to chill, then strain into a Collins glass filled with pebble ice and top with the soda water.

For the strawberry-infused vermouth
1 1/2 cups vermouth blanc or dry vermouth
Eight medium-sized strawberries, sliced or quartered

To make the strawberry-infused vermouth, pour the vermouth into a clean jar. Add the strawberries, cover, and shake gently. Let stand 24 hours at room temperature out of direct sunlight, shaking occassionally.
