Pear Martini

1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka

1 oz St. George Pear Brandy

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
