Italian Cream Soda

1 1/2 oz St. George California Citrus Vodka

1 oz blackberry syrup

1 oz cream

1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

club soda

Shake all ingredients very thoroughly with ice. Strain into a chilled Collins glass without ice, then slowly top with club soda. Garnish with five dashes hibiscus powder and a large straw.
