Chocolate Orange Martini

2 oz St. George California Citrus Vodka

1/4 oz Lillet Blanc

2 dashes Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill, then strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dried orange wheel.
