2 oz St. George California Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz 1:1 simple syrup
1 egg white
1 barspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin (no ice) and dry shake for 10 seconds to thoroughly incorporate the egg white. Now separate the tins, fill the larger one 3/4 full of ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a tumbler over ice and garnish with an orange wheel.
