1 1/2 oz Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black Rum
3/4 oz Bruto Americano
3/4 oz Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup
2 dashes Scrappy's Lime Bitters
To make this stirred riff on a Jungle Bird, stir all ingredients with cube ice, then strain into a ribbed glass over fresh ice and garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
