Chi Chi Boom Boom

2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka

1 oz pineapple gum syrup (Small Hands recommended)

1 oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz cream of coconut

Add all ingredients to a shaker with crushed ice, shake vigorously and pour into a tall glass. Top with fresh crushed ice, then garnish with pineapple and/or jalapeño.
