Cabroni

1 oz Bruto Americano

1 oz Caperitif

2 oz sparkling wine

Fill a wineglass two-thirds full of ice, pour in Bruto Americano and Caperitif, then top with sparkling wine. Stir gently, then garnish with orange peel.
