Hangar 25, 1951 Monarch St, Alameda, CA 94501

On Thursday the 26th, Friday the 27th, and Saturday the 28th, vertical dance pioneers BANDALOOP dance company will premiere their new work, Somewhere to Land, as part of RISING TIDES, the City of Alameda's climate arts initiative.

'Somewhere to Land' is a new work inspired by the city of Alameda's visionary plan to transform a portion of the former naval air station at Alameda Point into an ecological park. In hopes of rewilding and sustainable futures, 'Somewhere to Land' will be performed on the facade of Hangar 25, one of two buildings slated for demolition to allow for the construction of the future 'De-Pave Park.'

Enjoy drinks from Hangar 25 resident companies Alameda Soda Company and Urban Legend Cellars available from the on-site event bar.
