Fresh Meeker raspberries, raspberry juice, organic cane sugar, malic acid, citric acid.
To make St. George Raspberry Liqueur, we add raspberry juice to our raspberry brandy, which brings down the proof from still strength to 20% alcohol by volume.
We then adjust the sweetness and acidity with organic cane sugar, malic, and citric acid.
We use a light touch with the sugar, making sure it doesn’t get in the way of the depth and nuance these berries have to offer.
Exceptional spirits begin with exceptional fruit. If we can’t find raspberries that express the flavor St. George drinkers have come to expect, we won’t make Raspberry Liqueur that year. For more on that, please read here.
