¾ oz St. George Raspberry Brandy
1¼ oz St. George Botanivore Gin
½ oz lime juice
½ oz ginger syrup
½ oz raspberry gum syrup
seltzer
Measure all ingredients except seltzer into a mixing tin. Add ice, then shake and double-strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Fill with seltzer, swizzle, and garnish with a long lime twist.
