Ectoplasm Cooler

2 oz St. George California Citrus Vodka

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

1/4 kiwi, peeled

Muddle kiwi in a cocktail shaker. Add citrus vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled coupe.
