1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz champagne
With its rich, textural mouthfeel, our Dry Rye Gin makes an exceptional French 75. To make, combine gin, lemon and simple syrup in a mixing glass, fill 3/4 full with ice, and stir for 15 seconds. Strain into a flute, then top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
