1 oz St. George Botanivore Gin
1 oz Greenbar Grand Poppy liqueur
1 oz sweet vermouth
½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
¼ oz Bar Cart Cocktail Co. Spring bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until well chilled, strain into a chilled ice filled rocks glass, garnish with matchstick pieces of grapefruit peel and an olive branch.
