Bronx

1 1/2 oz St. George Terroir Gin

1/2 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice

1/2 oz sweet vermouth

1/2 oz dry vermouth

The Bronx never achieved the popularity of the first borough cocktail (the Manhattan) but it can be a great drink if you have fresh squeezed orange juice. The knock on the drink has always been that it doesn’t pack quite enough flavor, but we love it with Terroir. The bold, outdoorsy notes of the gin bring a Bronx to life. To mix, add liquid ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice, shake until tins frost, then double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a flag (a cherry pinned to an orange slice.)
